Oase ProfiClear Premium Fleece 750 Pond Filter
The Oase Proficlear Premium Fleece 750 extracts even the tiniest organic waste products from the pond water via the disposable filter fleece cleaning system filtering out particles as small as 3 micron (0.003mm). The cleaning system is fully automated, the fleece moves incrementally whenever a clean is necessary, replacing the soiled fleece with a fresh section of fleece, and this is all dictated by a water level sensor within the filter. Once the fleece is all consumed, it can simply be replaced with a fresh roll of fleece. This type of super fine particle filtration is ideal for scenarios where water clarity and quality is most important, such as modern swim ponds and Koi Carp ponds. The ProfiClear Premium Fleece filter is also an excellent biological filter, with 150 litres of Oase Hel-X bio-media contained in a drum beneath the fleece belt, and a block of Oase ClearWave media in the rear chamber for processing of soluble gaseous waste that cannot be filtered out mechanically.
How does the ProfiClear Premium Fleece work?
Fleece filters combine the strengths of biological and mechanical deep filtration. In stage 1, the special filter fleece continually removes suspended matter and algae. In stage 2, the pre-filtered water then flows into the large filter drum containing Hel-X filter media. Microorganisms settle on the filter media, ensuring biological cleaning. In stage 3, the water exits the filter through the Clearwave blocks. The special arrangement of this filter stage ensures particularly thorough biological final cleaning.
The intelligent automated system cycles the consumed fleece onto the collection spool when required. Once consumed, the 200m fleece spool is then manually replaced.
When integrated into the Oase EGC system, real time data is provided to the Oase Control smartphone app which will display how much fleece is being consumed and provide notifications when a replacement is required.
