“Engaged Matt to cure the leak in my pond feature in the garden and fit a larger pump/water feature. He dealt with the initial preparation and pump installation and his team then came and sealed the pond with fibre-glass. All perfect, except that as soon as I turned on the pump the fuses tripped! Not only was Matt on it to sort it immediately, by arranging for a local electrician to attend – which he did – but it was done at his expense (admittedly cheaper and quicker for him than travelling right across London to do it himself). I was extremely impressed with his service.”
