WATERLOCK is a gel-filled IP68 enclosure for an In-Lite fixture-side mini-connector or a correctly prepared repair to a damaged fixture cable. It is especially useful around ponds, water features and other wet locations where the small connection cannot remain in a dry, protected position.

How and where to use it

Place the clean mini-connector or appropriately sized screw-terminal repair centrally in the gel and close the enclosure until it clicks. The gel surrounds the connection and the closed housing provides the waterproof protection. Isolate the transformer before handling or repairing any cable.

Important compatibility and installation limits

WATERLOCK must not be used to repair or join In-Lite CBL 14/2 or CBL 10/2 main system cable. It is for the smaller fixture-side cable and mini-connector. A damaged main cable needs a correctly redesigned route or an approved current branching solution rather than a fixture repair hidden inside WATERLOCK.
