This replacement two-pin male connector is for the magnetic cover connection on the Filtreau Excellent range. It is a spare for repairing the connection associated with the filter lid protection system. Match the connector on your existing installation before ordering, including the contact arrangement and the shape of the mating connection.
What the magnetic cover connection does
The Excellent control system uses magnetic cover protection to switch the control box off when the filter cover is removed. Its cover-protection connection is separate from the float connection used by the cleaning controls. Correctly identifying the affected connection helps you select the appropriate spare when investigating a damaged plug or connection fault.

Choosing the replacement
There is also a separately listed 2025-onwards connector version. To identify the right replacement, send us a clear photograph of the connector face, its housing and any markings on the control box. Include the filter model and any information about earlier replacement parts. This helps distinguish similar-looking components before a repair is arranged.
