An Oase Spillway Box replaces the traditional open header pool at the top of a waterfall or stream. Water enters the rear of the moulded chamber, internal baffles calm and distribute the flow, and the broad front lip releases it evenly into the lined watercourse. The body can be buried and disguised beneath stone and planting, leaving the source of the water visually hidden.
The three sizes are not merely wider versions of one another. They accept progressively greater flow, use longer overflow lips and need different space at the head of the feature. Select from the flow required to create the intended depth and speed of water across the finished stream—not from pump maximum flow alone.

Match the spillway to the real waterfall
A narrow, shallow stream may look best at a fraction of the box’s maximum capacity; a broad cascade over rough stone can need considerably more. Include vertical lift from the pond or hidden reservoir, pipe friction and fittings when selecting the pump. Use the largest practical pipe bore and avoid unnecessary sharp elbows. If a valve is used for balancing, install it on the outlet side where it remains accessible.

Installation essentials
- Provide a stable base so settlement cannot pull the liner away from the flange.
- Attach the liner exactly as the supplied instructions show and keep folds out of the sealed face.
- Allow the reinforced body to carry cover stones without obstructing the discharge lip.
- Keep soil, loose gravel and mulch from falling into the chamber.
- Test at maximum intended flow before final landscaping.

Do I need a header pool?
No. The spillway box is designed to create the distributed start of the stream without an exposed header pool.
Does the name equal the exact installed flow?
No. It indicates the model’s flow class. Delivered flow depends on the pump curve, lift and pipe resistance.
Can the box be covered with rocks?
Yes. Its reinforced single-piece construction is designed to be concealed, but the discharge and plumbing access must remain functional.
