Oase Maxima blocks create a large underground water volume without filling the excavation with solid material. Approximately 96% of each module’s volume is available for water, while the reinforced matrix supports the surface above. Several units can be clipped together to build a reservoir that suits the footprint and storage requirement of a pondless waterfall, stream or architectural feature.
Maxima 60 and 120 share the same 686 × 406mm plan size; the 120 is twice the height and holds twice the water. Their published load figures are substantial, but the complete installation is only as strong as its base, surrounding fill, liner protection and load distribution.

Build the complete pondless system
Use an Oase Pump Vault beside the blocks so the circulation pump can be removed without excavating the feature. At the head of the stream, an Oase Spillway Box distributes the return water. The Eco-Rise stand provides a stable support for a monolith or sculpture over a compatible reservoir.

- Excavate to stable ground and compact the base evenly.

Can I use several blocks together?
Yes. Their modular format is intended for building larger and differently shaped storage fields.
Are they a filter?
No. They store water and support the surface. Any filtration or debris management needed by the feature must be designed separately.
Can I put paving over them?
The modules have high published load ratings, but paving is only appropriate when the entire installation, backfill and load distribution have been designed correctly.
