FUSION 22 is a tiny recessed marker light that is almost invisible by day and gives a soft, non-glare point of warm light after dark. It suits paths, steps, terraces and driveway edges where orientation matters more than a bright pool of light.

The diffused lens produces only 1 lumen, deliberately trading brightness for visual comfort. Used as a repeated rhythm, the fittings define an edge without creating the runway effect of a sharp exposed LED.

Where this light works best

In-Lite recommends a starting spacing of 1.5 to 2 metres. The trimless 22mm version is ideal in accurately drilled stone; the finished Ring 28 version gives a neat 28mm bezel and is particularly useful in timber.

Set out the complete run after dark before drilling every finished surface. Consistent spacing looks formal; deliberately mixed spacing and sizes creates a softer, more natural constellation.

Choose the right recessed effect

Choose FUSION for the gentlest non-glare glow. Choose HYVE when you want the honeycomb lens to appear a little more graphic, or DOT where a clearer direct point and SMART HUB-300 compatibility are important.

Compare the complete In-Lite recessed-light range before deciding, because visible diameter, lens treatment and beam direction change the result as much as lumen output.

Installation planning

Drill the opening straight and to the current In-Lite template for this exact fitting. Use a suitable wood bit for timber or a cooled diamond drill for stone, protect the cable from sharp edges and provide drainage so water cannot remain around the body.

The supplied EASY-LOCK connects to genuine In-Lite system cable. In soil, gravel or loose aggregate, choose the specified In-Lite mounting accessory instead of burying an unsupported fitting.
