PondPal Underwater Pond Sealer is a high performance sealing compound designed specifically for repairing ponds without the need to drain water or disturb fish. Formulated to be completely fish safe, PondPal is non toxic and free from solvents and isocyanates. This means it can be used directly underwater without harming fish, plants or beneficial bacteria. It is particularly well suited to butyl pond liners but will also bond securely to a wide range of other materials commonly found in pond construction and repair.

PondPal Underwater Pond Sealer is stronger than standard silicone sealants and is designed to adhere instantly to wet surfaces. How Much Pond Sealer Do I Need for a Pond Window?

When sealing around a pond viewing window, it is important to apply enough PondPal to achieve a continuous, strong and watertight seal. As a rough guide, allow approximately one tube for every 20cm of total window circumference.

For example:
• A pond window with a total circumference of 1 metre may require around 5 tubes
• A pond window with a total circumference of 2 metres may require around 10 tubes

This allowance provides a generous bead of sealant to ensure long term durability. Larger gaps, deeper rebates or uneven surfaces may require additional product, so it is always advisable to allow extra rather than risk running short during installation.

PondPal is supplied in black only, making it discreet when used against dark pond liners or in shaded areas below the waterline.
