The Oase Bitron C 110 Watt UVC is the most powerful model in the Bitron C range. It is designed to eliminate green water and reduce harmful bacteria in ponds up to 110000 litres. By targeting suspended algae directly, it restores water clarity quickly while supporting a stable and healthy pond environment.

Unlike basic ultraviolet clarifiers, the Bitron C 110W features a patented automatic cleaning rotor. As water flows through the housing, the rotor continuously moves around the quartz sleeve. Consequently, it prevents debris and limescale from settling, which maintains strong UV penetration and consistent irradiation performance.

The integrated bypass system combines high flow capacity with optimal exposure time. Because of this advanced design, up to 12000 litres per hour can pass the UVC tube without bypassing the radiation chamber. In addition, you can regulate the flow precisely using the built in throttle handle, allowing accurate adjustment to match your pump and filtration system.

A clear inspection window allows instant visual confirmation of bulb operation. Furthermore, the intelligent UVC function monitor indicates lamp status and bulb replacement intervals. Integrated magnets help reduce limescale build up, which protects the quartz sleeve and improves long term reliability.

Maintenance remains simple. The quick release closure allows easy access to the bulb housing, while a built in safety switch automatically deactivates the UV lamp when opened. Therefore, it prevents accidental exposure and meets strict VDE safety standards.

UV sizing and maintenance notes

Oase Bitron C 110 Watt UVC should be matched to the pond volume, flow rate and water clarity problem you are trying to solve. UV clarification works best when water passes the lamp at a suitable speed and the quartz sleeve is kept clean. If the flow is too fast, contact time can be reduced. If the lamp is old or the quartz sleeve is dirty, performance can drop even when the unit still appears to be switched on.
