Purpose-made weather cover for legacy HUB-50 and HUB-100 transformers
The In-Lite HUB PROTECTOR is a durable moulded cover shaped specifically for the legacy HUB-50 and HUB-100 transformer housings. It provides an additional barrier against precipitation when a completely covered installation position is not available.
Use the protector that matches the transformer
This original model is for HUB-50 and HUB-100. It is not the cover for the newer HUB-75, SMART HUB-75, SMART HUB-150 or SMART HUB-300. Those transformers use their corresponding PROTECTOR model, so check the transformer label before ordering.
Installation still matters
A protector does not remove the need to follow the HUB installation instructions. Mount the transformer vertically, at the specified clearance above ground, with safe access to its controls and cable connections. The cover slides over an already mounted HUB; approximately 3mm clearance can be created by loosening the mounting screws by two turns before fitting it.
