Evolution Aqua Nexus 320 Titanium
Advanced Koi Pond Filtration with Integrated Titanium UV Clarification
Includes FREE Genuine Evolution Aqua Nexus Lid. Supplied at no extra cost when purchased with this filter.
The Evolution Aqua Nexus 320 Titanium is a high performance koi pond filtration system designed for larger ponds with higher fish loads. It combines proven Nexus mechanical and biological filtration with powerful Titanium enhanced 120w UV clarification. As a result, it delivers consistently clear water and long term stability for koi ponds up to 34,000 litres.
Because all filtration stages sit within a single unit, installation remains straightforward while maintenance stays manageable. In addition, the integrated design supports strong flow rates and efficient waste removal. Therefore, the Nexus 320 Titanium is well suited to demanding koi ponds where performance and reliability matter.
Filtration Performance and Water Quality
The Nexus 320 Titanium uses Evolution Aqua’s established multi stage filtration process. First, pond water enters the central Eazy filter chamber, where static K1 Micro media captures fine suspended waste and solid debris. Consequently, waste does not circulate around the pond, which improves clarity and reduces organic build up.
After this stage, water flows into the large outer biological chamber. Here, a moving bed of K plus media provides a highly oxygenated environment for beneficial bacteria. As a result, ammonia and nitrite convert efficiently into safer compounds. With capacity for up to 300 litres of K plus media, the Nexus 320 Titanium easily supports high stocking levels.
What sets the Titanium model apart is its integrated Titanium enhanced UV system. Two powerful 55 watt UV lamps sit inside a dedicated internal chamber. This design ensures consistent contact time and strong UV penetration. Therefore, the system clears green water and suspended algae up to one and a half times faster than standard UV units.
Because the UV system is fully integrated, pipework stays minimal and flow efficiency improves. At the same time, pressure loss reduces, allowing the system to run smoothly in both pump fed and gravity fed installations.
Maintenance remains simple and user friendly. All components are easy to access, which allows quick cleaning and routine servicing. Furthermore, the Nexus 320 Titanium arrives factory prepared for the Nexus Automatic Cleaning System, making future upgrades straightforward.
Built from a durable, weather resistant body, the Nexus 320 Titanium delivers reliable performance year after year. Overall, it provides a powerful balance of mechanical filtration, biological processing and advanced UV clarification for large koi ponds.

Practical setup advice
Before ordering, think about how this product fits into the full pond setup. Compatibility, maintenance access, pipe or hose size and future servicing are often just as important as the headline specification. A product that is technically suitable can still disappoint if it is installed with restricted flow, poor access or the wrong supporting equipment.
Where possible, plan the main product and the accessories together. This makes installation neater, maintenance easier and the final system more reliable over time.
Aeration setup notes
Evolution Aqua Nexus 320 Titanium should be chosen as part of the complete air system, not just by litres per minute. Airline length, airline bore, diffuser depth, manifold taps and back pressure all affect the real airflow that reaches the pond or filter. A well matched aeration system runs more quietly, puts less strain on the pump and gives more dependable oxygen support.
- Use suitable airline size for the pump output and distance involved.
- Keep the air pump dry, ventilated and protected from flooding.
- Spread airflow across multiple diffusers on larger ponds where possible.
- Check diaphragms, filters and diffusers during routine servicing.
For koi ponds, moving bed filters and warm weather aeration, consistent airflow is often more useful than simply oversizing the pump. Balanced diffuser placement gives better circulation and helps avoid stagnant areas.
