The Evolution Aqua EazyPod Air Green is a compact mechanical and biological filtration system supplied complete with the Evolution Aqua Airtech 70 kit. Because it combines static K1 filtration with continuous aeration, it delivers efficient solids removal while significantly improving biological performance.

Designed for koi ponds up to 10000 litres and garden ponds up to 20000 litres, the EazyPod Air Green provides dependable mechanical separation and stable ammonia control in one compact unit. In addition, the continuous oxygen supply strengthens beneficial bacteria activity, which supports improved nitrite breakdown and long term water stability.

Although it shares the same proven Nexus Eazy technology as the grey version, this green model offers an alternative finish while maintaining identical performance and build quality.

How the Evolution Aqua EazyPod Air Green Works

First, pond water enters the outer chamber where heavier solids settle naturally at the base. This initial separation reduces the load on the central filtration stage.

Next, water passes through a stainless steel grill that prevents larger debris from entering the K1 chamber.

Inside the centre chamber, 18 litres of static K1 media perform two essential functions:

• Mechanical filtration by trapping fine suspended solids
• Biological filtration by providing a high surface area for nitrifying bacteria

Meanwhile, the included Airtech 70 air pump continuously oxygenates the media. As a result, bacteria remain highly active, which improves ammonia conversion and overall biological efficiency.

When cleaning becomes necessary, you simply redirect airflow into the filter chamber. The air vigorously agitates the K1 media, dislodges trapped waste and allows you to flush debris out through the 1.5 inch waste valve. Therefore, maintenance remains quick, clean and controlled.

The EazyPod Air Green works effectively in both pump fed and gravity fed installations when configured correctly.
