This stainless steel blade creates a continuous sheet of water from a straight outlet. The spout measurement in the product name describes the physical projection from the body; the selected width determines the span of the waterfall. Plan both measurements together so the outlet clears the finished wall or coping and the water lands inside the pond or reservoir.

Choose the right size and connection

Available outlet sizes on this page: 200, 300, 400, 500, 600, 700, 800, 900, 1000, 1200, 1500mm. Select the exact option above before adding it to your basket.

Spout projection: 300mm. Height to outlet: 68.5mm. The table describes the blade body; leave additional space for the inlet fitting and hose. Both rear and bottom inlet options are listed on this page.

The 1¼-inch BSP threaded socket accepts the supplied hosetail for 25, 32 or 38mm hose.

Widths below 800mm have one inlet; 800–1200mm models have two, and the 1500mm model has three. Plan a balanced feed to every inlet so the full outlet receives water evenly.

Plan the installation

Position the blade on a rigid, level support and check the finished wall or coping line before fixing it. Route the supply without tight bends, leave access to the inlet and provide room to remove the fitting later. Connect and test the water flow before permanently enclosing the body.

A rear inlet needs clearance behind the blade. A bottom inlet needs room below it for the fitting and pipe bend. For a stand-alone feature, provide a reservoir that catches the whole fall and splash area and keeps the pump adequately submerged while running.

Pump selection and water flow

Choose a pump from its flow curve at the working lift, allowing for hose length and bends. A headline maximum litres-per-hour figure is measured under different conditions from most installed features. The vertical lift is measured from the pond or reservoir water surface to the outlet.

Variable flow makes adjustment easier during commissioning. Start gently and increase the flow while checking the full outlet, the landing position and the splash area. Wider outlets and longer pipe routes need particular attention. Send us the selected blade size, lift and pipe route if you need help choosing a pump.

Care and seasonal use

Wipe the stainless steel regularly with a soft cloth and remove deposits before they build up. Avoid chlorine-based cleaners; stainless steel can stain or corrode, particularly with salt exposure. Keep cleaning residues out of the pond. If shutting the feature down for winter, drain and dry the blade and exposed pipework.
