Suitable for ponds up to 6000 litres, this model combines the proven SpinClean filtration system with an integrated automatic cleaning motor, making routine maintenance quicker, cleaner, and far more convenient.

Based on the hugely popular manual SpinClean filters, the SpinClean Auto 6000 takes things a step further by automating the foam cleaning process. Instead of manually agitating the foams, the built in motor does the hard work for you. This makes it an excellent upgrade for medium sized garden ponds, ornamental ponds, and lightly stocked fish ponds where ease of use is a priority.

Cleaning the filter is straightforward and mess free. When the cleaning indicator shows it is time for maintenance, you simply turn the blue dial to clean and switch the pump off. A red indicator light illuminates and the internal motor activates, rotating the cleaning paddle against the foam filters to dislodge trapped debris. After approximately 3 minutes, an audible beep confirms the cleaning cycle is complete. You then switch the pump back on, flushing waste water out through the dedicated outlet. Once the water runs clear, the dial is returned to pond mode and normal filtration resumes.

The integrated 13 watt UVC plays a crucial role in keeping pond water clear by controlling green water algae. As water flows through the unit, the UVC causes microscopic algae to clump together so they can be trapped by the filter foams. This helps maintain excellent water clarity throughout the season and supports a healthier pond environment. The UVC bulb is included, allowing the filter to be installed and used straight out of the box.

Inside the filter, a combination of coarse and fine graduated foams provides effective mechanical filtration, capturing debris before it breaks down and affects water quality. As a pressurised pond filter, the SpinClean Auto 6000 can be installed away from the pond edge and partially buried if required, giving greater flexibility when planning your pond layout and surrounding landscaping.
