Kockney Koi Green Go Blanketweed Controller

Pond treatment for algae, blanketweed or green water control

quickly kills existing blanketweed and inhibits new growth. Formulated with high-quality, natural, synergistic ingredients, it is safe for fish and pond life. By removing blanketweed, water circulation through pumps and filters improves, enhancing overall water quality. Controls Blanketweed Effectively Targets long filamentous algae to restore clear water.

Kockney Koi Green Go Blanketweed Controller is best used when the algae problem matches the product purpose. Heavy blanketweed, green water and suspended algae can all look similar to a customer, but they often need different approaches. Remove loose algae where practical, keep the filter clean, avoid excess feeding and make sure the pond is well oxygenated during treatment. Long term control is always better when nutrients, sunlight and water balance are managed as well as the visible growth.

Algae control guidance

Use Kockney Koi Green Go Blanketweed Controller as part of an algae control routine rather than treating the pond and walking away. Remove loosened algae, keep pumps and filters clear, check phosphate and nitrate where possible and avoid heavy feeding during treatment. A UV clarifier can help with green water, but blanketweed control normally also needs nutrient management and regular maintenance.

How to use safely

The product label should always take priority over general guidance. The points below are included to help customers use Kockney Koi Green Go Blanketweed Controller in a more careful and informed way.

Remove as much loose blanketweed or dead algae as practical before and after treatment.
Keep the pond well oxygenated, especially in warm weather or where algae may die back quickly.
Do not overdose; heavy algae die-off can affect oxygen and water quality.
Check KH and pH if the product label recommends water stability before use.
Clean pumps, skimmers and filters as algae breaks down and moves through the system.
Address nutrient sources such as heavy feeding, sludge, leaf litter and poor filtration.
