Kockney Koi Pond Medic Form-A-Lite is a combined Formalin and Malachite Green treatment designed to effectively treat a wide range of aquatic parasites in pond fish. It is commonly used against white spot, skin flukes, chilodonella, and other protozoan infections, helping restore fish health in infected ponds.

When to Use

• White spot (Ich) outbreaks
• Skin flukes and gill flukes
• Chilodonella and other protozoan parasites
• Fish showing flicking, rubbing, or respiratory stress
• General parasitic infection in pond systems

How To Use

Dosage Preparation:

• Add 10ml per 682 litres (150 gallons) of pond water
• Mix required amount in a clean bucket of pond water before application

Application:

• Distribute evenly into the pond over a 1-hour period
• Switch off UV filtration during treatment and until the full course is complete

Treatment Course:

• Repeat treatment every 5–7 days if required
• Maximum of 3 doses per treatment cycle

Monitoring:

• Always test water parameters (Ammonia, Nitrite, pH) before use
• Observe fish during treatment for any signs of stress
