DISC PENDANT suspends the broad, glare-controlled DISC light over an outdoor dining table, lounge or covered seating area. Its circular 200mm head throws warm light downwards and outwards while keeping the LED itself largely hidden from normal viewing angles.

Choose a complete single or triple arrangement, then select either the In-Lite 12V system or a 100–230V mains circuit. The power systems create a similar appearance but have different connection, control and installation requirements.

12V or mains power

• 12V: 196 lumens and 4.9 VA per pendant. Connect each pendant to genuine In-Lite cable with its EASY-LOCK and size the HUB from the total VA. Compatible with TOUCH DIMMER.
• 100–230V mains: 216 lumens and 11.8 VA per pendant. Includes Human Dimming and requires installation by a suitably qualified electrician. No In-Lite HUB is used.

Single and triple complete kits

The single version uses the circular DISC BASE. Triple kits use the larger DISC BASE TRIPLE and three pendant modules. Each pendant has approximately 2.2m of cable, allowing the heads to be arranged at matching or staggered heights. The mains triple kit includes the required power components inside the base.

For a 12V triple installation, connect each 4.9 VA pendant to its own EASY-LOCK on the two-wire In-Lite cable. Do not feed the complete triple set through a SPLITTER TRIPLE; the individual load is above the stated splitter arrangement for this application.

Position above a sheltered outdoor space

DISC PENDANT works best under a canopy or pergola where the mounting point is secure and the fitting is protected from excessive wind movement. Test the final height from both sitting and standing positions before shortening or securing the cable.

Choose the mounting height from the finished light pattern

Before fixing In-Lite DISC PENDANT Outdoor Hanging Light, test the proposed position against the final wall, doorway, path or seating layout. Mounting height changes both the spread on the surface and how visible the source feels to people nearby. Align repeated fittings carefully and plan the cable entry before drilling so the finished installation remains tidy.

For mains-powered versions, electrical work must follow the current installation instructions and UK requirements. For 12V versions, include the stated VA load in the transformer calculation and use the specified In-Lite connection system.
