  • Istead Rise garden pond after cleaning

    Matt and his assistant worked very hard on our pond which hadn't been touched for about a year. They cleared all the overgrown grass/brambles etc from around the edge and removed a massive lily root. He replaced the two old filters with a new automatic system to make it so much easier for us to look after the pond. Once it was filled up it was great to be able to see the fish again! Thank you for a good job.

The fish were caught and transferred with care into the holding tanks that Matt supplied whilst the pond was emptied and thoroughly cleaned.     Matt is very busy, so I was booked on for quite a while. He arrived today, at the time he said. He wasnt at all daunted by the stste of my pond and it came up very clean and blanket weed free.     Matt and Alfie provided a brilliant service - my pond had become very overgrown. They moved everything out, taking care of the fish/frogs, trimming back the plants, cleaning the liner (my pond looked so big cleaned out!}, putting everything back (very happy fish and frogs!) and generally giving advice. Everything was left clean and tidy. I received an efficient and friendly service. Would certainly use That Pond Guy again and would recommend.

    I needed someone to give my pond a thorough clean and a review of equipment. Matt from ‘ that pond guy’ did a fantastic job and all the way through kept me informed of what he was doing and why.     Alfie and Matt did an excellent job. Removed all the silt and debris from the pond. Trimmed and re-potted the plants. Jet washed the pond and paved area. Cleaned the pump and refilled the pond again. It looks fantastic. I can see the fish now. Thank you
