Pond cleaning and care advice in Chatham, Kent
Matt and his team did a fantastic job. Very professional throughout, giving plenty of advice on the upkeep of the pound going forward. He completed the job within 2 hours to a fantastic standard, taking the time throughout to ask if I wanted any changes or if I was happy with the standard of the work. Overall a great experience and I would highly recommend Matt and his services to anyone.

Cleaning an established garden feature
We cleaned George’s pond in Chatham in September 2022. The pond has a raised stone edge and sits beside mature planting, so the aim was to look after the existing feature and leave it ready to enjoy.
We checked in with George as the work progressed and made time to discuss how he wanted the pond to look.
Looking after the pond between visits
We also talked through the ongoing upkeep. A clean is a useful opportunity to explain what to keep an eye on, answer questions and help the owner feel more confident about caring for the pond.
