Pond cleaning in Istead Rise, Kent
Matt and his assistant worked very hard on our pond which hadn't been touched for about a year. They cleared all the overgrown grass/brambles etc from around the edge and removed a massive lily root. He replaced the two old filters with a new automatic system to make it so much easier for us to look after the pond. Once it was filled up it was great to be able to see the fish again! Thank you for a good job.

Clearing the pond and making upkeep easier
We visited Sue in Istead Rise, near Gravesend, to clean a pond that had not been attended to for around a year. Grass and brambles had grown around the edge, and a large lily root was taking up space in the pond.
We cleared the overgrowth, removed the lily root and cleaned the pond. We also replaced the two old filters with an automatic system to make the regular upkeep easier.
Room to enjoy the fish again
Once the pond was refilled, Sue could see the fish again. The photographs show the pond before we started and the cleared pond during refilling, with the new filter beside it.
