Three lengths to choose from

The 1.2m handle is the shortest option, useful where you work close to the pond edge and want less length to manoeuvre. The 1.8m option offers an intermediate reach. Choose the 2.4m handle where additional reach is useful, allowing for the space needed behind and beside you when moving a longer pole. These figures describe the handle length, not the total length after attaching a net head.

Check the click-fit connection

A click-fit attachment makes the handle a separate component from the net head. Confirm that the head you intend to use accepts this fitting before ordering. The supplier does not provide a connection diameter or a list of compatible third-party heads, so a similar-looking fitting is not enough to establish compatibility. These handles are not described as universal or threaded replacements.

Handle only, not a complete net

Select the required length from the options on this page. The price applies to one handle of that length, not a set of three. If you are replacing a damaged handle, inspect the head and its attachment as well, so a worn connection does not undermine the repair. A complete net may be a more suitable purchase if both parts need replacing.

SKS identifies the handles as aluminium and lists lengths of 1.2m, 1.8m and 2.4m. It does not state tube diameter, handle weight or a load rating. No telescopic adjustment range is specified. Choose by the listed length and confirmed head connection rather than assuming an extension mechanism or lifting capacity.

Care between uses

Rinse off pond debris after use and check the handle and fitting for damage before attaching the head again. Let the equipment dry before storing it where the pole will not be bent or the connection crushed. Keep equipment used for quarantine separate from your main pond equipment where practical.
