The AquaForte 4-in-1 is a mobile 1,400W wet-and-dry vacuum for removing silt, leaves and settled debris from ponds, pools and other wet areas. Its 35-litre chamber drains automatically during the cleaning cycle, reducing the need to lift and tip a heavy tank by hand.

Three suction heads, a four-metre suction hose and four 50cm rigid tubes make it adaptable around shelves and pond bottoms. Two clear tube sections help the operator see what is being collected and judge when the nozzle is lifting water rather than debris.

Cleaning a fish pond effectively

Remove large leaves and twigs with a net first, then work slowly across the pond floor in sections. Moving too quickly stirs fine silt into suspension instead of drawing it into the nozzle. Direct the discharge to a suitable drain or garden area where dirty water cannot run back into the pond.

Keep every electrical connection dry and RCD protected. Watch fish carefully, maintain aeration and avoid trapping a fish against the nozzle. In a heavily silted pond, several controlled sessions are safer than stripping the entire bottom in one aggressive clean.
