This replacement quartz sleeve is suitable for compatible TMC Pro-Clear 30W and 55W ultraviolet units. It separates the electrical lamp from the water chamber, so correct dimensions and undamaged seals are essential. The listed sleeve is approximately 870mm long with a 30mm outside and 27mm inside diameter; compare those measurements and the unit label before ordering.
Safe replacement
- Disconnect the UVC electrically and isolate/drain the water chamber.
- Remove the lamp without touching the glass with bare fingers.
- Inspect and normally renew suspect O-rings or compression seals.
- Clean fingerprints from the quartz and seat it without force.
- Refill and pressure-test with the power still isolated.
- Only reconnect electricity after confirming the chamber is completely watertight.
