Kusuri Fluke S is a 50% Praziquantel-based medication designed to eradicate gill flukes, body flukes, and tapeworms in koi and ornamental ponds.

This treatment is safe to use without harming beneficial filter bacteria and can be applied at any temperature. Feeding can continue during treatment. For heavy mucus layers, pre-treatment with Chloramine T is recommended to improve efficacy.

Kusuri Fluke S is suitable for structured multi-day treatment programs for both skin and gill flukes.

How To Use

• Switch off UV steriliser, carbon filter, and protein skimmer
• Clean filter for optimum effectiveness
• Measure the correct dose
• Dissolve in hot water and allow to cool
• Slowly add mixture to pond over 1 hour
• Monitor pond and repeat treatment if necessary
• Scrape and microscope identification recommended before dosing

• Full dose: 4g per 1,000 litres (220 gallons)

• Skin flukes: 4-day dosing regime with Chloramine T pre-treatment
• Gill flukes: same 4-day regime; scrape after 10 days
• Repeat treatments as needed for heavy infestations
• Do not overdose – may cause fish fatalities

• Check pH & KH before using (soft water precautions)
• Do not combine with other medications
• Avoid use on drum filters or Bakki showers (powder-based)
• Use gloves and eye protection
