Amalgam Submersible UV 80W – Aqua Forte
Maximum UV-C sterilisation for ponds up to 60,000 litres (13,000 gallons).
The Aqua Forte Amalgam Submersible UV 80W is a high-powered UV-C steriliser, designed for large pond systems where maximum disinfection is required. Generating intense ultraviolet radiation at 253.7nm, this unit neutralises algae, bacteria, viruses, and other harmful microorganisms to maintain clean, healthy water.
Amalgam technology is widely regarded as the most effective form of UV-C sterilisation on the market today. Compared to standard TL UV lamps, it offers 50–70% greater energy efficiency and up to 16,000 hours of consistent operation. It is unaffected by water temperature fluctuations, ensuring stable UV output at all times.
Measuring just 78cm in length, the compact design is ideal for integration into drum filters, sieve filters, or filter chambers, without causing pressure loss or resistance in your system.
