The current In-Lite HUB PROTECTOR 1 is the purpose-made protective cover for the HUB-75 and SMART HUB-75 transformer housings. It adds a durable outer barrier where the preferred completely covered installation position is unavailable.
Check the model before ordering
In-Lite protectors are not universal. Choose HUB PROTECTOR 1 for a HUB-75 or SMART HUB-75. Legacy HUB-50 and HUB-100 transformers use the original HUB PROTECTOR, while SMART HUB-150 and SMART HUB-300 each have a differently shaped SMART protector.
Fit over a correctly installed transformer
The protector slides over the mounted transformer. In-Lite advises creating approximately 3mm clearance by loosening the fixing screws by two turns, then fitting the cover in accordance with its instructions. Continue to mount the HUB vertically, at the specified height above ground, and keep the controls and cable connections safely accessible.
