Evolution Aqua PURE Bale In A Bottle is a two-in-one gel combining fully matured, heat-treated barley straw with live beneficial bacteria. It is designed to support natural pond balance and water clarity without the loose fibres, slow wetting and decaying bale left by traditional barley straw.

The 500ml bottle supports ponds up to 12,500 litres for four weeks. The 1 litre bottle supports ponds up to 25,000 litres for four weeks. Both are dosed at 10ml per 1,000 litres weekly, with a stronger initial schedule only where the current label directs it.

How to use it well

1. Remove as much established algae as practical before starting.
2. Use when water temperature is above 10°C for best biological activity.
3. Shake thoroughly to activate the gel.
4. Add 10ml per 1,000 litres each week and after water changes.
5. Switch the UV-C off while dosing and for 12 hours afterwards, then restore normal operation.

Always calculate the real water volume and follow the current label supplied with the product. Pond volumes should allow for shelves, stonework, filter chambers and pipework. Never increase a treatment dose simply because the water has not changed as quickly as expected.
