The AquaForte Dosatech is a programmable peristaltic dosing pump for adding compatible liquid pond treatments in small, regular quantities. It can perform between one and 24 dosing events per day, making it useful for products that work best little and often rather than as one large weekly dose.

The pump dispenses at approximately 0.5ml per second. Each event can run for up to 600 seconds, giving a maximum of 300ml per event and a theoretical maximum daily volume of 7.2 litres when all 24 events use the full run time.

It doses; it does not test

The Dosatech does not measure pH, chlorine, redox, ammonia or any other water parameter. It delivers the programmed volume. Always calculate the treatment dose from the real pond volume and the instructions for that exact liquid, then monitor the pond.

Where to inject the treatment

AquaForte instructs installers to position dosing after filtration, heating and UV equipment. Do not inject treatment immediately before a UV, because ultraviolet exposure may break down active ingredients or kill beneficial organisms before they reach the pond.

Maintenance
