Good Service from That Pond Guy. Efficient Pond Clean by Natalie and Bill. I then discussed the best filter to keep the pond clean with Matt - he recommended a Oase 31000- it has been brilliant. The day after installation, the water was super clear - clearest it has ever been. Good team and knowledgable. Would Recommend.

That Pond Guy's staff arrived on time and were courteous & professional ate all times. They carried out the work swiftly & professionally in good time and left our garden looking clean & tidy - and the pond looking much more attractive!

I was having trouble with loss of water from my pond so I asked That Pond Guy to sort it for me. Three lovely people turned up on time and started to work immediately. The problem was diagnosed and sorted with no fuss and the result is a nice clear pond working as it should with a clean pump and flowing waterfall. Well done team

Natalie, Bill and Ash attended my home to maintain a rather sad looking pond. I wish I had taken before photos because they transformed it. They needed to clean the whole pond, install a new pump and filter and add lilies! The team were brilliant. They were so clean and tidy and nothing was too much trouble for them. Decided our pond needed improving so went for a complete redesign. Hard work and unexpected finds later, it is exactly what we imagined. Fish are well impressed, birds and other wildlife are happy. Highly recommend That Pond Guy.

100% recommend this company. Decided to have my pond liner removed and then fibreglassed! Natalie came around on her own and dug 30+ bags of rubbish out of the pond (including quite a large slope that seemed to made of chalk!). She then resined the whole pond ready for the fibreglass.

We contacted this company on the recommendation of friends, when our pond suddenly took on a very unhealthy shade of green. The team from Pond Guy was hugely impressive. They drained the pond, and removed years of grunge and lilies. They thoroughly cleansed and rerooted plants and refilled the pond. After the job, they filled and removed bins and generally left the garden totally clear of rubbish. We could not have expected such a knowledgeable and hardworking team who answered all our questions and gave us useful tips and advice. We would not hesitate to recommend this company.

Our pond was green, Matt visited promptly and identified the problem which was the filters were inadequate and required replacement He followed up with a quotation to remove the 3 existing filters and replace with 2 new higher capacity filters with higher rated UV's. The guys who carried out the work were very helpful, friendly, and carried out the work efficiently and to a high standard with no mess. We now have crystal clear water and happy fish.

Thank you the team at TPG for once again carrying out work for us. The water level in our inherited pond would constantly drop and we couldn't fill up properly due to tears/leaks in the liner (became apparent during recent pond clean by TPG). The old & torn liner was replaced with a high quality rubber one which has made such a difference. It looks great & can now have the water level 1-2 inches from the maximum. The water level is reaching the top of the filter which has meant great cleaning ability and crystal clear water. Hoping it continues. Will certainly use TPG again - many thanks!

We inherited a large pond which had significant leaking from the various pipes and connectors and was dirty. Unable to resolve leaks despite much effort so reached out to Matt. Based on photos he was able to provide a fair quote for the cleaning of the pond and replumbing of the pipes + fitting new UV. On the day the team worked quickly and effectively, handling fish with care and answering any questions. Based on expertise we now also have a pump much more suited to the filter and know what maintenance needs doing. Pipes plumbed great. Thoroughly recommended this company for any pond needs.
