The KoiMedic digital salinity tester measures salt concentration directly in pond water and displays the result as a percentage or parts per thousand. It is useful when salt has been deliberately added and the keeper needs to confirm the real concentration before adjusting a treatment or carrying out a dilution.

Why testing matters
