The Charles Austen Air Pump Service Kit range helps keep compatible Charles Austen Enviro air pumps running reliably. These genuine service kits include the key wear parts required for routine servicing, such as diaphragms, filters and valves, depending on the pump model selected.

Charles Austen air pumps are often used continuously on pond aeration systems, koi pond filters, biological filter systems, sewage treatment plants and septic tanks. Over time, the internal wearable parts naturally age. Replacing the correct service kit helps restore airflow, reduce strain on the motor and lower the risk of unexpected pump failure.

Charles Austen state that Pro Series air pumps are covered by a two year motor warranty, but the aerator should be serviced yearly to validate that warranty. On hard working pond, koi and treatment plant systems, regular servicing is one of the simplest ways to keep airflow consistent and protect the pump.

Choose your service kit by pump model

Select the service kit that matches the model number on your air pump label. If your pump is an A or AO alarm version, choose the kit for the matching standard model unless stated otherwise. For example, ET120, ET120A and ET120AO use the ET120 service kit.

• ET30 to ET120 models: choose the matching ET30, ET40, ET60, ET80, ET100 or ET120 service kit.
• ET150 and ET200 models: choose the ET150 or ET200 service kit. These are listed separately so customers can select the exact pump model.
• ETD150 and ETD200 models: choose the dedicated ETD150 or ETD200 service kit for the ETD high output models.
• ET250 and ET300 models: choose the ET250 or ET300 service kit. Larger pumps may require more internal parts than the smaller ET range.
• ET400 and ET500 models: choose the ET400 or ET500 service kit for the larger double diaphragm pumps.
• ETX ECO models: please contact us before ordering if you are unsure which kit is required for your ETX60 ECO or ETX80 ECO pump.
