Pond relining in Sittingbourne, Kent
We had a persistent pond leak that required daily refilling. W contacted That Pond Guy to see about getting the pond relined. With a tight deadline, we we really hoping they could help. Although they were fully booked for the next few weeks, they made it happen. Natalie and Bill came on a very hot Sunday to do the job. They were very professional, friendly, and worked incredibly hard, paying attention to every detail, despite the heat and weekend hours. They took a great care of our fish and plants. We couldn't be more grateful and will highly recommend them. We will definitely use them again.
Mariya’s garden pond was losing water and needed frequent topping up. We relined it in July 2025, looking after her fish and plants while the work was under way.

Replacing the liner and returning the fish and plants
Natalie and Bill carried out the reline, and Mariya thanked them in her review for their care and hard work in the heat. The photographs show the replacement liner inside the stone-edged pond and the fish and plants back in place during refilling. The hose is still in use and the water has not reached its final level in these pictures. The waterfall and surrounding garden help show how the pond fits into the space.
