Pond leak repair in Loughton, Essex
We were very sceptical trying to find someone who could repair the leek that was costing us a lot of money keeping topping the pond up every day. What we wanted was a reliable professional company that would take care in the work that was required. Thankfully we found the right person who exceeded our expectation and they couldn't do enough to get the pond up and running. Matt understands how fish should be handled in transferring them from the pond to a holding tank and what was required to rectify the problem. We can't thank him enough and would recommend this company to anyone.
Sandra’s pond in Loughton was losing water and needed regular topping up. We worked on the pond in late June and early July 2025, moving the fish into a temporary holding tank while the work was carried out.

Keeping the fish safe while we worked
The holding tank stood alongside the pond, so the fish could be kept out of the way during the repairs. By 8 July the filter had been put back together and the fish were back in the pond. Sandra left her review the following day, describing the care taken with the fish and the work to get the pond running again.
