Sandra’s pond in Folkestone had become green and crowded with water lilies. Natalie cleaned the pond, pump and filter in May 2026 and repotted the lilies into Sandra’s baskets.
About this visit
Where: Folkestone, Kent
Work: Pond, pump and filter cleaning, lily repotting and a new UV bulb
When: 28 May 2026
Making room for the fish and lilies
We cleaned the existing equipment and fitted a new 11 W UV bulb. The water lilies were repotted, leaving a couple of baskets in the pond rather than the mass of growth Sandra describes in her review. The photographs show the pond during the visit, with the filling hose still in use, and the filter opened for cleaning.
We offer pond cleaning in Folkestone and across Kent.
