Garden pond renovation in London
Matt and the whole team at That Pond Guy have been amazing. I'm a first time owner of a pond that I didn't create, so was having to do a lot of quick learning. They tried to keep what we had and be careful not to do anything that wasn't necessary. Natalie worked so hard and efficiently each time and really held my hand to ensure I understood how to maintain the pump and look after the fish once the work was done. She also helped make it look gorgeous reusing stones and things that were already there. I love my pond and am so glad to have the team there to help maintain it.
Sara had inherited a pond with her new home and wanted help looking after it. We carried out the cleaning and equipment work over several visits in July and August 2026, and she left her review after the final visit.

Reusing the existing stones and equipment
On the final visit we put the lily and pump in place, reassembled the filter and returned the fish to treated water. We reused Sara’s slabs, rocks and shingle around the pond. The photograph shows the pond at the end of that August visit, with the fish and lily back in place.
