Pond cleaning and new filtration in Ramsgate, Kent
Our pond was in a very poor condition when I contacted That Pond Guy during the bank holiday weekend early May. I was pleasantly surprised when Matt contacted me the same day with a full breakdown of costs and recommendations. Apart from a complete empty, clean and refill, we really needed a new pump and filter. Fast forward to Ashley arriving just over a week later who worked really hard in heavy rain showers to complete the work. He was professional and friendly and left the pond and surrounding area clean and tidy. I am delighted with the results and would definitely use them again.
Linda contacted us about her Ramsgate pond over the May bank holiday weekend. We arranged a clean and new pump and filtration, and she left the review after Ashley’s visit.
About this visit
Where: Ramsgate, Kent
Work: Pond cleaning, new pump and filter, plant care
When: May 2026
A clean and a new pump and filter
We drained and cleaned the pond, with the fish in a holding tank while the walls and floor were washed. Ashley trimmed the plants, potted a new water lily and installed a Pontec pump and Oase FiltoClear filter. The photographs show the pond during cleaning and the new filter connected beside it. The pond was then refilled and the fish returned.
We offer pond cleaning in Ramsgate and across Kent.
