Established garden pond cleaning in Rainham, Kent
That Pond Guy is very professional and committed in locking dates properly, responding reliably and the whole experience really made us relaxed. We have a tricky 40 year old fish pond and he was very hands on and skilled in managing the entire task. Took the fish and vaccumed the dirty water out removed ALL the algae with hands and vacuum under stones were crystal clear, cleaned filters and added clean water and fish safely back in. Will definitely get him again next time. Also left behind for us treatment to use every month. An exceptional service carried out very professionally and skilfully.

Working carefully around an established pond
We cleaned Zahra’s pond in Rainham in May 2022. It was an established fish pond, around 40 years old, with stone edging and plenty of planting to work around.
We moved the fish into temporary holding, removed the dirty water and cleared the algae and debris, including the material beneath the stones. We also cleaned the filters before adding fresh water and returning the fish.
Help with the ongoing care
The visit included a replacement UV bulb and blanketweed treatment. We left treatment for Zahra to use between visits, so the work did not end with the clean itself.
