Overgrown pond cleaning in Gravesend, Kent

We recently moved into a new home which had an enormous pond. The pond was completely overgrown, dirty and generally an eyesore. Matt transformed the pond and now it’s a feature of our garden which we can sit and enjoy. At all times he’s been friendly, polite and responsive. He did the job within 2 weeks of us originally getting in touch despite high demand. Would definitely recommend and we will ask him to do regular health checks to keep it in good condition.

Reclaiming a pond after moving home

James inherited this pond when he moved into his home in Gravesend. It had become overgrown and needed a thorough clean before he could properly enjoy it.

We cleaned the pond in January 2022, removing the accumulated debris and clearing the water area. The photographs show the work progressing and the pond during refilling.

Looking after an inherited pond

Taking on a pond can feel daunting when you do not know its history. We talked through the work with James and helped him get the pond into a condition he could enjoy and maintain.
