Pond cleaning in Gillingham, Kent
I would highly recommend That Pond Guy to anyone who has a pond, I got a text on the day they were due giving me an arrival time which they met, they carried out the pond clean to a high standard. The guys were very professional and gave me some sound advice on how to keep my pond clean and healthy. When they left they left no mess and I was left with a clean and healthy pond.
We cleaned Neil’s pond in Gillingham in May 2026, including the pump and filter. He left the review a few days later, mentioning the arrival update, advice and care taken to leave the garden tidy.

Cleaning the pond and its equipment
The fish went into a holding tank while we drained and cleaned the pond. We cleaned the pump and filter, fitted the replacement UV bulb Neil had supplied and added dechlorinator before returning the fish. The pond photographs show the clean in progress, with the water still low and the cleaning hose in use. The equipment photograph shows the filter opened for maintenance.
