Pond cleaning and fountain installation in Ightham, Kent
We bought a house with a pond, arrived on completion day to fish we didn’t expect and all the inner workings to the pond removed. Contacted Matt who gave us a number of options and quoted thoroughly with an explanation of each option and detailed the benefits. We then had Natalie and Bill attend to clean, tidy, fit a pump and fountain to our pond. Natalie took the time to explain to me the condition of the pond and the necessary steps to get it to an optimum position which was much appreciated. All around just a great experience, a thoughtful service and really nice genuine people to deal with
Emma had just moved into a house in Ightham and found herself looking after a pond and fish she hadn’t expected. She contacted us for advice, and we talked through the options before arranging a clean and new pond equipment.

Helping a new pond owner get started
Natalie and Bill cleaned and tidied the pond and fitted a pump and fountain. Natalie also explained the pond’s condition and what it needed next. Emma left her review on 21 November after that visit. When the fountain pump stopped working, we returned on 22 November and replaced it; the replacement was running when we finished. The photographs are from the original cleaning visit, including the pond while it was filling.
