Koi pond cleaning in Cowden, Kent
A couple of the guys from That Pond Guy LTD came round the other week to do a full pond service with water replacement. They did a fantastic job, really knew their stuff, and even checked all of our fish, pumps, and lining to make sure all was in check. We recently inherited over 40 koi when we moved in a few months ago without any prior knowledge or experience but these guys were great at reassuring us and explaining everything through. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
Ryan had recently moved into a home with a koi pond and wanted help looking after it. We visited the pond in Cowden, near Edenbridge, in August 2026 for a clean.

Helping a new pond owner
Ryan’s review describes the questions he had after inheriting the pond and the reassurance and advice given during the visit. The photographs show the pond during the work, with water returning and the koi visible, and a closer view of the waterfall and lining. The hose is still in use in the pond photograph.
We also offer pond cleaning across Kent.
