The Oase ProfiSkim 100 is a powerful standing pond skimmer designed for large ponds, koi ponds and lakes where high flow filtration systems are used. Engineered to handle large volumes of water, this skimmer effectively removes floating debris from pond surfaces up to approximately 80 square metres, helping maintain clear water and reducing organic waste entering the filtration system.

By continuously removing leaves, pollen, floating algae and organic debris before they sink, the ProfiSkim 100 helps prevent sludge build up on the pond floor and reduces the amount of organic material that reaches the filtration system. This improves filtration efficiency and supports better water quality, especially in ponds with heavy fish stocking or large surface areas.

Designed for High Flow Filtration Systems

The ProfiSkim 100 is specifically designed for high performance pond filtration systems where strong water circulation is required. When installed in pump fed systems, the skimmer can operate with flow rates between approximately 10,000 and 30,000 litres per hour, making it suitable for large koi ponds and commercial water features.

For gravity fed filtration systems, the skimmer supports flow rates between approximately 10,000 and 12,000 litres per hour through its DN110 outlet connection. This allows it to integrate easily with drum filters and other large gravity fed filtration systems.

Large Stainless Steel Debris Basket

Inside the skimmer is a large stainless steel debris basket with an 8 millimetre mesh. This basket has a generous capacity of approximately 12 litres and is designed to capture leaves, floating debris and organic material before it enters the filtration system.

The basket is easy to remove and clean, allowing quick maintenance without interrupting the operation of the pond filtration system.

Self Adjusting Floating Skimmer Head

The floating skimmer head automatically compensates for water level fluctuations of up to approximately 200 millimetres. This ensures that the skimmer continues to remove debris efficiently even during rainfall, evaporation or changes in pond water level.

Maintaining the correct skimming height ensures consistent surface cleaning and optimal debris removal.

Built for Deeper Pond Zones

Unlike smaller skimmers designed for shallow installation areas, the ProfiSkim 100 is built for deeper pond zones and large bodies of water. Its robust standing base provides excellent stability on the pond floor, ensuring reliable operation even when connected to high flow pumps.

This makes the ProfiSkim 100 ideal for large garden ponds, koi ponds, natural swimming ponds and commercial water features where powerful surface cleaning is required.

Compatible with Professional Filtration Systems

The ProfiSkim 100 integrates seamlessly with high performance filtration systems such as the Oase ProfiClear Premium range. It can also be paired with powerful pumps including the Oase AquaMax Eco Premium and AquaMax Eco Expert series.

This flexibility allows the skimmer to be used in both gravity fed and pump fed pond filtration systems depending on the design of the pond.
